Melinda and Stephen contacted me about 4 weeks before their February wedding at Preston Woodhall House in Benson, NC. I was shocked they had waited till the last minute, but was very happy I was available. We never met before the wedding and did everything by phone and email because of their hectic schedules. When I arrived at the Preston Woodall House it was overcast and drizzling, but soon went away. Having never photographed at the Preston Woodall House before I arrived early to check out the place and find good places for those special pictures after the wedding ceremony. The ceremony was held indoors at 6pm.
As their wedding photographer I was excited they wanted me to be creative. I loved the wallpaper in the Woodall it made for some very creative shots. Melinda was a real trooper going outside for some nights photos, it was cold and windy outside that night. Before I forget I loved the food at the Preston Woodall House. The chicken chardonnay was so tender and yummy. Diane is super fun to be around and the guys on the staff really seemed like they loved being at their job.
